My passion for, and knowledge about, colour means that I can help you make the right colour and style choices to create the atmosphere you want in your house. Do you want a room to feel light and airy, cozy and snug or would you prefer a vibrant and uplifting space?

Whatever style you prefer, be it contemporary. minimalist, eclectic or vintage, I can help you achieve the look you are after. I will suggest a colour palette. furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, storage solutions and accessories to help you make the most of your space.

So what can you expect from my Interior Design Services?

Preparing for the Process
​
Before your first appointment, it would be great if you could share any inspirational Pinterest ideas or photos that you have for your space and let me know any items you want to keep in the room.

During the Process
​
We will start by discussing the best colour schemes for you, based on:

Your lifestyle, personality, likes/dislikes

Who else will use the room
-
The intended use of the room
-
The mood you wish to create - snug and cosy or light and airy?

The direction the room faces and the amount of natural light
I will then create two or three colour scheme choices for you to pick your favourite, before we move on to room layout. I will suggest:

Furniture and lighting options and placement

Fabric options, using different prints, patterns, textures
-
Use of plants and natural materials - wicker, wood, stone, glass, metals, wool - to bring life to the room and make it more tactile

Upcycling items you may already have

Artwork options and placement
I will be on hand for the next three months to help you make purchase decisions and check that any fabric/furniture choices will work in your chosen scheme.

Prices start from £20 per hour. We can discuss a budget at our initial consultation. To give you an idea, one room/space generally costs between £50 and £60. (Obviously this is a ballpark figure and may be more if you'd like any extra help with the finer details or product sourcing.)
